tb certificate

hi i have iom issued tb certificate which is valid for 3 months which i submitted along with my tier 2 dependant application.now i am reapplying as tier 1 dependant(hubby recently got tier1) is this certificate valid or do i need to go thru testing again.

The validity of TB certificate has nothing to do with Tier 1 / Tier 2 immigration status.

If applying from any country where TB test report is mandatory at the time of EC application, then check with local BHC / VAC if there is any limit on how recent the TB test needs to be for the test report to be acceptable.

T.B Certificate are normally valid for six months(I dont know why yours is for 3 months).

After expiry date if you apply from oversea you have to do it again.

i applied for tier 2 dependant visa which was rejected now i am reapplying as tier 1 dependant as my husband recently got tier 1.my tb certificate has 3 months validity remaining so i asked if i can submit same certificate as tier1 dependant which i did as tier 2 dependant.

Yes you can submit this as this is not expired yet.

3 months is a good time.
