You seem to have provided good enough evidence in the current application.
However, can you tell us what was the reason of rejection last time so that we can post a relevant answer?
Thanks,
Sumit.

last time i was awarded 25points by ECO instead of 30 for previous earnings. Kindly find ECO comments:
"You have claimed 30 points based on your income for the period 01.07.09 to 30.06.10. However, an amount of Rs. 145000 has been paid outside this period, on 15.07.10, and therefore this cannot be considered.
Given the above, you have not provided the correct evidence to show your previous earnings. I have therefore awarded you only 25 points.

Regards.

You dont have access to NARIC database, but you can check your education on the points calculator, if your degree/education shows up in the list, then its pretty much compatible with UK education

A general query on ECO comment for guaravd application!

If 145000 was earned before 30.06.10 and have a cheque dated 30.06.10 for the earned amount 145000 and due to bank transaction cheque credited on 15.07.10 in the bank. Will that also considered for rejection by UKBA if the claiming period end date is 30.06.10 and application date lets say 20.07.10?

experts pls comment on this scenario.. I have similar situation. Thanks in advance....
