Client Surname Missing in two Places

Hi Guys my application is under process. i applied on 24/08/10. on schedule of invoices one of my client's surname is missing in two invoices. what you guys suggest, should i send a new schedule of invoices ????

name on invoices are fine. please advise ASAP. thanks for help to every body.
