Tier 1 (General) Partner- Do's & Dont's

Post by sukumarant79 » Fri Aug 27, 2010 5:50 pm

Hi,

Need your help!!!

I am in Uk and on Tier 1 (General) Partner visa and valid till 2012.My wife too is in Uk and currently working.

Can i work full time ?
Are there any restrictions ?
What rules apply to me ?

Is there any documentation/guide where i can look into.I could not find in UK home office website.

Its very urgent as i am in the final stage of my interview and they have concerns over my visa status.

I need some information so that i can provide it to them and clarify their doubts.

Can anyone help me pls.

Pls reply as soon as you can.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Regards
TSP

Dependants can work but, not as a doctor in training. That is the only restriction.
