Suggestion for extension

Dear All

My extension is to be submitted next month.

I have 6 month contract starting from August 2005.
I have worked 5 months on 15k per annum in my field IT.

August - Full month

Sep - Full Month

Oct - till 7th (then I had to goto Pakistan for family emergency for 4 weeks on unpaid leave)

Nov - from 7th till end

Dec - Full month

Now in payslips my salary for oct & nov is not like other months?

What shud i do? shud i explain this in my cover letter, if yes then how?

The fact that you are economically active in your field at the time of extension and not claimed any benefit from the state is sufficient for your extension.
