Hello. If I vould divorce my wife and stay in the UK ( as Ive been married for 4 and lived in the UK for 4 years).
How my situation with travel will look like?
Would i have be same rights as with resedency card as EEa national spouse or something different?
What type of visa will HO issue for me after divorce?
Would I be able to travel on my own without visa after?

Does it mean i need to be emloyed after divorce and before?

Also would I gain new resedency stamp ( or what would it be?) automaticly???

Will it give me same rights of move within EU states as resedency permit as spouse of EU citizen?

Could you please clarify all as it very important before I undertake very serious action, as in case of misunderstanding consequenses would be dramatic for me.

Hi. Sorry, just need more details.
What did you mean in your previous post saying '' independantly yes''?? Whould that mean that I would not need visa to schengen countries after divorce, same as it would have been if I was travelling with my partner now?

Also would the new residency card say on it ''EEA national family member'' or something else?
