Previous Earning and Accommodation Allowance

Post by shcumi » Fri Sep 10, 2010 12:01 am

Hello All,

I am currently on PSW and have been working for a company for last 1 year, I am planning to apply for Tier 1 General, my salary is 30k and get 6k as accommodation allowance which I got in my July salary and is on payslip. My age is 26, will I be able to show 6k in previous earnings?

What other evidence will I require to show for 6k accommodation allowance?

Do I qualify for the Tier 1 General?

6k allowance for 1 year.

Thanks
S

So the £6000 was added to your July salary and taxed in the usual way? If so no doubt in my mind that your real salary is £36000, and you can get points on that basis.
