Refusal

Hi,

I refused my Tier 4 and I am going to apply again. In the online application form I mentioned that I refused before. It then only asks about the time and place of rejection but nothing about the reason or reference number. Do you think it is necessary to mention them in a sepearate letter or not?

the online application dosent ask for the reference number. Anyways u enclose the original refusal letter for their reference.
