Tier 1 General 2nd extension

Hi,

I Initialy got HSMP Visa for 2 years, then I have extended for 3 years. But i was not in UK for more than 8 months. Now I am in UK. So, I believe i have to go for 2nd extension.
If I am going for 2nd extension do i need to show master degree or Bachlore Degree is enough? As for my initial HSMP Application and Extension application(Tier 1 General) I have shown only Bachlore degree.

Can you kindly, clarify my issue.
