Hi
i am going to apply for ILR ( indefinite visa) on the basis of Continuous 10 year lawful long residence next week.

i have three main concerns about my case which i want you all friends to help me out please

1- i came on student visa in Sep 2000 and remained on Student visa till Sep 2008 then i applied for dependent of WP holder in Sep 2008, our visa was rejected in Oct 2008. they gave us right to appeal within 28 days, we appealed well in time, court hearing was in Jan 2009 and judge gave decision in our favour by giving us “Discretionary leave to Remainâ€
