UK Fiancee visa Same sex questions! Please help

Hi, My partner is from the US, we are both female, we need to know a few things before we apply for her UK Fiancee visa, I hope someone can help, I know there are quite a few questions..

- how long does it normally take for a UK fiance visa?

- Then can we get married as soon as she gets here and then apply for a spouse visa ? ?

- how long does a spouse visa take usually?(as she intends to work asap)

_ Do I need to show my bank statemements, as I am on employment support allowance, although I have always enough to cover everything and my fiancee has savings etc
