Marriage in UK

Hi there, I am now in PSW, I am going to get married soon in UK, she is british, I will apply for COA. if she apply for me to get the visa, can I switch from PSW to spouse visa? or do I have to go back to my country and apply from there?
anyone please help me...
really confused... different people telling me different things...

After marriage, you may switch to FLR(M) before your leave expires.
