Sponsor of Family Visitor needs to fly out of UK

Hello All,

I am the sponsor for my parents to UK. They are currently with me.
My son/wife are in my native country. Due to unforseen circumstances, I need to travel back to my native country for a week.

Is it legally ok to go for a week and come, leaving my parents in UK?

Please advice.
