quick question :)

My husband will be applying for his ILR in december i wanted to ask it states on the form to provide bank statements so that they can see our financial situation, but i just been through his statments and so far on most of his statement his account has been overdrawn (he has planned overdraft), will this effect his ILR?

secondly i we have a variety of letters over the 2 years but on most of mine leterrs such as statments my title is still MISS and not MRS will thiss cause any probs??

lastly on the form SET(M) where it asks about public funds we are recieving the following

WTC (husbands name/joint claim)
CTC (My name)
CB (My name)
HB (My name)


so do i tick the ones i am getting and tick just the WTC for him?
