where can i get a form of declaration of sponsorship?

Hi everyone,

I have researched on the internet for the form: Declaration of Sponsorship. I found so many files, but I dont know which one is good.

Can anyone give me a link to the correct form for declaration of sponsorship for EEA family permit visa?

Is it better to fill the form myself and bring it to a sollicitor, so he can put a stamp on it. I heard that you pay 10 pound for it.
Or is it better to draw up a sponsorship letter by a sollicitor?

Any advice please?

You don't need that for an EEA FP.
