Claiming for 65 Points.

1. Education - 15 Points
2. Exp - 50 Points.

Desicion Taken on 10 Jan 2005. It was Refusal.

They Gave me

1. Education - 15 Points
2. Exp - 25 points.

Not given any points for Specilaist Role.

After four diiferent email to caseworker, explaining my specialist role, at the end, the caseworker send me email with following words.

Unfortunately the decision had been made on this particular application and he wil forward my email to HSMP review team for urgent Consideration.

What does the above email means, the caseworker was satified with my comments in my email.

I have to again start from first with the new caseworker.

Relax, it means they have sent in your apps to review and reconsider their decision. In my humble opinion, it is good news, where the case worker admitted his/her error.
in the even that the review still comes with a refusal, you can include the said email where the case worker admitted the error for a second review, all at no fee.
An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind.

Any comment on the response to your email by the case worker is only speculation. While it is good to be optimistic about your review, dont hold your breath just yet. Did he/she mention anywhere that a mistake was made??? The case worker has merely stated that a decision has been made and he cannot reverse his decision. Thats just the way it is. The person assigned to your case originally will not undertake your review. Its always assigned to another case worker independently so that they can either confirm or reverse the original assessment.

Thank you moderator for reply.

In his email he said

Unfortunately the decision has been made on this particular application. I have therefore forwarded your email to the HSMP review team for urgent consideration.

This kind of words used for caseworker like unfortunately, Nothing solid about it. it is just normal words.
