Value of US Experience in UK

I have read lot of posts about job hunting experience of HSMP holders . Most of them came from India and other countries, finding it very difficult to get a good job in UK . The primay resaon being lack of UK experience.

Can anybody for USA had a better experience with HSMP visa ?
Please share your thoughts.
