Discrepancy in bank statement and salary slip. Pls help

Hi,

My query is regarding the variation in my payslip and the bank deposit. I am planing to submit the bankstatement from september 2009 to september 2010. But on september 2009 i received cash in hand and i deposited to bank with 1000 Saudi riyal less. ie 6000 is my salary and i deposited 5000 to the bank. So does it creat any problem that there is variation compare with my salary slip and the bank deposit. I have proper record for rest all the 11 months.

Is it better to get a letter from my company saying that i received my salary as cash during that month? Or can i keep any 12 months salary slip during past 15 months. So that i can neglect that month and keep the next month which i have a proper bank record.

Your advice is highly appreciative.
