Hi I am claiming legal aid to go to the court of appeal and my husband (he is in Turkey) needs to fill in a means3 form.

Does anyone know where it needs to be signed. It says at a consulate, embassy or anyone else with legal authoritiy to sign it. who would have legal authority to sign it as witness.

The consulate and embassy is like a 10 hour coach drive from him so will be a nightmare to get to. It all ahs to be done within 10 working days im told.

any help would be great
