Dependent visa Tier 1 Queries

Hi all

I hold a Tier 1 General Visa n wish to apply for a dependent visa
I wil explain my case in brief. I m getting married in nov in delhi.

1. Please help me with a cover letter copy on my email id : harneet691@gmail.com i need a format (urgent).

2. Funds Maintenance - i have around 2500 pound (equivalent)in my indian saving account and around 2300 in my UK current account (all matured for 3 months). Can i show both under this head?

3. i have all latest payslips for the year n bank statements to show the salary credits. Do i need a reference letter also from my employer (employer is unwiling to provide the same, they say whosoever wants to do a ref check can call us n they wil confirm my status as emplyed with them).

4. marriage (Court) certificate - How many pics r ok to be attached.

5. I have the Tenancy agreement. But do i need to provide an NOC letter from the Landlord. If yes can i get a format as I dont have it.

i do have the sponsorship declaration form attested by a solicitor in UK. Some phone bill to show calls n messages exchanged (both sides), n spouse bank statement showing me transferring some funds as gifts.

M i missing out on smthing. I need your help here, please oblige.
