Query regarding Exchange rate

Hi,
I am planning to apply for T1 General from India by 1st week of November.I am showing my previous earnings from 1 Nov 2009 till 31 Oct 2010.As the Guidance suggests,I understand exchange rate on 31st October to be considered which is a Sunday. Pls suggest whether to consider exchange rate on 31st October or otherwise.
