Applying Tier 1 - in person

Hi,

I am having below query to apply tier 1 through in-person application.

I am holding Tier2 and applying tier1 for myself and my family (total 3 persons).

Have I need to go with my family members to apply tier 1 in-person application or only main applicant is enough to apply?
