VFS Hayes / Southall

I am going to surrender my Indian passport at Hayes/Southall VFS Office. The office opens 8.30am. Has anyone surrendered their passport at this office. I would like to know if I go early in the morning how long would I need to wait in the queue(approx) to submit the old paasport.

there is absolutely no queue. I went around 9:30 out by 10:15 after submitting 2 different applications. This VFS is far better than HCI in london

Do you know where is the nearest car park to this VFS?

Is this VFS Office is within a shopping complex?
