Family viza extension for my father and

Dear all,

I am a British citizen and would like to ask whether I can apply for an extension of my father`s family visa from the UK and not from Algeria (he has 6months visa).


2- Can I also ask whether there is a route where I can get him settlement in the UK- My father is 72 YO, diabetics (alsmot blind) and is living with my sister who cannot care for his disease.
