Tenancy agreements

i want to apply for my baby dependent visa. would like to ask about my houseTenancy agreement, which is going to expire in january 2011.
there gonna be any problem , if i apply for visa mid of next month and my Tenancy agreement going to expire in january 2011 ?

In that case you would be in troble as in some cases visa processing take more then 8 weeks....

Tenancy agreement is not a requirement for PBS applications. Reading the relevant policy guidance will help.

Thanks sushdmehta, but i am not on PBS applications. i am on old work permit .

so shell i apply with tenancy agreement ?

Should be okay.

I don't think it is expected that tenancy agreements should last at least X number of months when an application for leave to enter / remain is submitted.

No harm in mentioning in a cover letter (if you wish to) that you would be renewing the agreement near the time of expiry.

Sushdmehta just a quick one, shell i include the family picture ,myself ,wife and baby (group picture) to make my baby application strong.

and what about baby application form signature ,who will do this my wife or myself ?

Birth certificate is enough. The other things do not prove that the child is yours! It is your wish if you want to include them.

Mother can sign / write infant's name on behalf of the infant.

either will do...as long as the baby's name is there and an adult signatory (preferentially write wife's name underneat her signature...

I really need your kind help, regarding VAF 2 visa form, you know when go through the form there is question in part 5 ,

5.12 Do you have savings, property or other income (for example
from stocks and shares)?

what i can write here about saving ? i dont have any property . I am submitting my bank statments for my baby dependent visa.
