TIER 1 Extension Informtion Required

Hi All,

1. I was in UK form July 2007 on Work permit
2. I have got my TIER 1 (General) VISA in March 2008. ( Applied form UK itself)
3. Got Visa for 3 Yrs until March 2011.

I work in UK and had enough points to apply for extension ...

Please guide me on...

1. How many days/months before I need to go for extension.
2. Maintenance of funds, I have a dependent ( Wife ) she live in UK itself.
3. Which Application form I need to use for extension
4.Supporting Documents Which I need to provide during extension... or is there any area in application form for mentioning my previous case number ....

Please can someone guide me on this ..
