Business UTR number VS self UTR number

Hi,
i need some help especially from gurus and moderators.

i am applying for tier 1 soon and showing my previous earning from employed and self-employed.

i registered my own limited company and i am 100% shareholder of that company. i have a UTR number for my company.

can some one please tell me i must have my own UTR number as well or company's UTR number is enough to fulfill the requirement of paragraph 142.
