What date should the employer letter be?

Post by brummie » Mon Oct 25, 2010 12:19 pm

My manager is going for a two month holiday(lucky dude), but my application is mid december(SET {0} ).
Can i get a first week november date on the employers letter for a december application. Or is the home office very particular that the date be december and ONLY december?

IMHO, the more recent the letter is, the better. The letter doesn't necessarily have to be from the line manager, HR should be able to issue the letter.
