Ilr and document help please

I am on a spouse visa and am due to apply for ILR set(m) this month and require
help with a couple of things if you dont mind me asking...

1)What documents can be used as proof of living together for the past two years, I am aware of using council tax bills, bank statements, TV licenses etc how about mobile phone bills, sky bills and the like do they count as well?

2)We also had the council take us to court over an unpaid council tax
bill and an attachment of benefit order was obtained which we are now
paying... Do we need to disclose this as a criminal conviction/civil
court judgemant on the form?
