Up to date Set M form

Post by juliajules1979 » Mon Nov 01, 2010 11:49 am

Hi

Does anybody know if when applying for Set M applications, you should use the current form? Apparantely fees were going up on the 1st November, but forms dont reflect this. They are still the old version. Does anybody have any advice on what people applying should do?

There is neither anywhere stating that the fees have gone either. I rang the Home Office today. They give you a 21 day grace period, so I am going on 4th November to Sheffield PEO and the current form will still stand.
If anyone hears of the new form or new fees out, I woudl be grateful, however I am checking every single day.

Wow you are lucky. So did Home Office say that the fees are going up?

Sorry Jo, did Home Office say that the fees are changed now and that the higher fee applies or are they going to be changing soon?

I think this is crazy. I keep checking UKBA website everyday morning and evening in order to keep myself updated to the latest application form as well as the fees. My appointment is coming at the end of Nov and wonder what HO is thinking? I have all documents ready for interview because I don't like leave things sorted in the last minute. I would be really frustrated to find out the latest form in the morning of my appointment day and rushing into filling out form before interview!!!

claud : i rang today about the form etc and i like you look every morning and night to see if anything changes! i was told today that we have twenty one days to use the old form after a new form is issued. she said we have 21 grace days. thus even if it changes tomorrow im still going to use the 07/10 one
