Referee 1 Query? with regard to Optician

Hi,

Today i went to X optician and they said the optician that has seen by me gor last 3 yrs was left.So, no reference can be given.

Then, I asked X Optician Manager, who run this clinic..

My question, Is can I take Maanager Reference of that X Optician Clinic? and also Is it necessary that he has to mention his British passport number or Is doesn't matter?

They would have to know you for a 3 year period personally-- I used my Gp who charged £20 to do it as my bank refused because they had not known me personally--it will be best to mention the referee passport number as they might require it should they decide to do a check on the suitability of your reference
