Wanted to apply in Mar'11

Hi Friends,
Please clarify my below queris--
1. I want to apply for UK Tier 1 (General) visa in March 2011, however the private consultant says to submit now, as the yearly quota of this visa is going to end by Jan'11(instead of April'11) since there are huge applications already submitted. So, Is it true?

2. In my SSC certificate the name was printed wrong, which was corrected by the board by writing with pen on the certificate. Will it cause problem in getting visa? If yes, what could be the solution.

3. My highest qualification is Masters. Is SSC certificate need to be submitted ?

I have applied for the HSMP in 2008 and at time of submission of my applicaiton i didn't send any SSC or HSC documents. The only thing i did was attached the Highest degree with my application and they have accepted that and rewarded me with the points.
I will say no need to send SSC or HSC docs.

They have got the monthly quota. If you don't want to wait in the Q then apply ASAP. who can predict the number of application going or waiting for the decision till March 2011.
