Sorry Sir but I was little worried as I dont have time to get an IELTS now. as per the call centre , if my qualification doesnt comes under UK NARIC then i will have to give.I did search but I was unable to get through the exact details. So I poped in here again. Hope my document list is fine and they will not reject my visa due to educational qualification. I am applying from Dubai for my dependant Visa...Sorry again !

Attach only that documentary evidence(s) that is specified in the policy guidance and asked for in the application form. See also application form guidance notes.

Thanks Sush and really sorry to be a pain

I did read all the below earlier itself. We have all the other documents ready ,my only and only concern is my Degree certificate in English Language will be fine or not.I did receive a email from UK NARIC but they are also unable to asses. My husband says IELTS is not required as I have done Degree in English. I really dont want to be rejected just because of this reason :(

Thank you so much for your patience

Okay! In that case, where does it say that the dependant has to provide evidence of qualifications? Looking at your list above, it is evident that you are not completely aware of the requirements.

Suggest that you read the information, in the documents linked above, carefully.

Hi

I can understand ur frustration. If you are not in hurry and make your case stronger and above all piece of mind, you have done your degree in English it should not be a problem to pass IELTS with good band (Grade) you should sit in earliest IELTS pass it and attach your IELTS certificate with it i hope then you have 100% piece of mind that you did not left anything to worry about!!

Good Luck to You!

Before people start misguiding the OP, they should first ascertain for themselves whether English Language test is required for leave to enter / remain as PBS dependants!

Dear all

To my knowledge its not necessary to pass IELTS/english lang test for PSW dependent. This condition applied on those who got indefinit stay or british passport.
