PSW dependant maintenance fund

Post by jarus4045 » Mon Nov 15, 2010 11:14 pm

Hi Guys,

I am in UK over 2 years now and got PSW on June 2010 after my MBA degree. I am going to apply dependent visa at the end of January 2011 for my spouse who is India now.
Its just my wife (now child). How much fund should I have to maintain and for how long?

Is it just £1600+800 for 3 months?

Hope to get your valuable suggestion.

Dependant maintenance fund

Thank you Sushdmehta ji for your quick reply regarding the maintenance fund which ended up my confusion.
I have one doubt that. I do not have photographs or videos of my wedding ceremony. Does it matter? I have marriage certificate and also can provide the communication history between me and my wife since I departed 2 years before.

The onus is on the applicant to prove that the relationship is subsisting. You may use any documentary evidence(s) that you have to prove so.
