Age Points

Dear Members,

I am new to this forum.I intend to apply for Tier-1 (general) application.please guide me for Application Preparation steps also guide me about points for Age as on 4th DEC 2010 i will be 29 Years & 8 Months Old.How many points will be awarded to me for Age (10 or 20)?
