Pay fraction less than asked

Post by Developer » Fri Feb 03, 2006 3:57 pm

Hello guys,

One of my friend is getting 39K per annum. He is 28+. If he applies for HSMP, would HO consider the application? or pay has to be above 40K?

Of course, without pay consideration he won't qualify.

Please help

My guess is Fraction less is still less and will not be considered.

If you have just exceeded the age of 28 by just 2 days; you will still not fall under the category of 28. Similary if you have 4 yrs 9 months experience; it is not considered as 5 yrs experience.

If it was me I would wait for an other month and this month somehow add the fraction that is missing ( by asking for bonus etc) and then apply.
