Moving from Tier1 to Tier1 dependent - Applying from India

Post by gvijaygadde » Tue Nov 23, 2010 11:04 am

Hi,
My wife currently in UK on Tier1 visa.

As I am going to apply for my ILR during July,2011. My wife travelling to India during Dece/Jan and going to apply for DEPENDENT visa.

In regards to MAINTINANCE FUNDS, MySelf(Main applicat) - I am maintaining funds in my Cash ISA Bank account : is that OK if I submit these my cash-isa bank statements as funds maintinance. Or is it mandatory my wife should have that funds in her name?

Thanks for your replyes.

Regards,VJ
