SWITCHING FROM PSW TO TIER 1 GENERAL- PLEASE ADVISE

Post by karthik_513 » Thu Nov 25, 2010 11:28 am

Hi All,

Currently i am on PSW visa working in uk. After the recent change of rules(Tier 1 will be stopped after march 2011), I am really confused on whether i can switch to tier 1 general before march 2011.

As i am on PSW in uk, will i come under the annual limit if i apply before march 2011???

Please advise.!!!!!!

As suggested for applications made in the UK the cap will not be applicable.

However you should check the Tier 1 General requirements at the time of making your application. They tend to make changes frequently.
