will Psw get scrapped as well when tier 1 (g) gets scrap ?

I would like to know that since the Home Secretary announced that tier 1 general will be scrapped in april 2011 will PSW also get scrapped along with it.

or that psw will still remain,but can be scrapped when home secretary
launches a public consultation on student visas by the end of this year. where she will consult on restricting entry to only those studying at degree level, but with some flexibility for Highly Trusted sponsors to offer courses at a lower level. she will also consult on closing the Post Study route, allowed some 38,000 foreign graduates to enter the UK labour market at a time when one in ten UK graduates were unemployed

there still been no mention of PSW in her speech only that tier 1 general will be scrapped..assuming that psw is a part under tier 1 general will psw also get scrapped in april 2011?.
