Tier-1 (G) closure: How can we put thoughts in BBC?

Post by adityaisukapalli » Fri Nov 26, 2010 3:03 pm

To the Guys who dreamed about Tier-1 (G) after April 2011,

If we all can be united on this Tier-1 (G) closure, i think we can make a statement from here with thousands supporting and request BBC to post that statement.

1) Not all Tier-1 (G) applicants will be working in High Streets
2) They are not claiming benefits, they are not burden to Government
3) Put a new criteria for Tier-1 (G) applicants to prove that they are doing Highly skilled Job

We can also send emails to MPs (not conservatives) with the statement we gonna make here.

Any comments/support ?

Sure.

But one should understand what government is coming from, even thou most Teir1(G) are into highly skilled profession and not on benefits, real concern of government is:

1. Immigration stats need to go down, simple as. So all that add to this stat need to go down. No more Teir1 (G), Less students, Teir2 (Government hates them but pressure from business wont let anything to happen there, but yes, no settlement on Teir2)

2. Immigrants compete with locals for jobs. (even if they are highly skilled) and hence doesn't help Employment stats. So NO-NO to anyone who complete with locals. PSW is closed for this very reason.

3. In future, people do settle and will be a burden on resources.

So, looking at a recession hit, politically challenged country, I would say for people after April, 2011, there is no hope. No matter what argument you present.
