Hello, I've a query regarding dependent visa person living outside UK.

My wife was in UK for more than 2 years before returning to India for maternity. It has been 8 months and she's planning to return to India. Her visa expires in Aug 2012.

I would like to enquire if there will be any problems when she returns to UK after 8-9 months. Experts please advise.
