Need Help: Child and Working Tax Credit

Post by jethvar » Tue Nov 30, 2010 3:16 pm

Hi All

Please need urgent help, I m on PSW visa with wife (dependent), had a baby on 29.01.2009, need to apply for hsmp visa now but. (when baby born I have contacted my accoutant and he said to me that Child and Working tax credit is your right as you and your wife pay tax to the govt. and its a social rights) when I was just checking with the form, I have realised that its count under the 'no recourse to public funds'.

It has been a year and few months since credit comes into my wife account for both the issues (Child and Working).

What will the solution and should it affect my application for HSMP???

Many Thnaks in advance
