PSW refuse: Pls advice

Dear All,
I applied for PSW from my Country.
My PSW got refused based on the maintenance.

Reason:
You have provided a FD certificate from abc ltd dated the same day as the date of your application (xx/xx/xx). You have not shown that the funds in the account have been held for a consecutive 90 day period before the date of application.
We have attempted and have been unable to verify satisfactory details of the account. This doc has therefore not been considered as evidence of funds.
I refuse your application under paragraph 245X(e) of the immigration Rules.

I have been given a chance for Administrative review, I have also heard that I can apply freshly.

Please advice on which is the best and the quickest solution.

HI,

I would need to see the document supplied for the purpose of maintenance and then i can tell whether you would have any chance at admin review.

Nevertheless fresh application would be an option provided you do address the previous refusal specifics.
