I am wondering can the second referee be:

1. A British citizen, 30 years old, investment professional who is unemployed but has his own company and is the director of his company?

2. A British citizen, single woman, 35 years old who is currently unemployed and is one state-benefit but work some time in kids nurseries, hair stylist etc. What is her profession?
