I want to apply for Tier 1 HSMp In Apr 2011, help?

Hi

I am currently on PSW visa and all set to apply for Tier 1 HSMP visa in April 2011.

But, after reading the new announcement of closing the Tier 1 General Visa I have talked so many people but haven't got any confirmed reply that what will happen with us who are in Tier 1 PSW and just want to change it to Tier 1 HSMP.

Will I be able to apply for Tier 1 HSMP from PSW in April 2011?

If not, what will happen with people like us?

Please guide me here asap.

There's no Tier 1 HSMP. What exists is Tier 1 (General), which will close in April 2011 as announced. One cannot apply for an immigration scheme that doesn't exist.

You may apply, near to end of your PSW leave, for any other immigration scheme open at the time and that you qualify for.

What if I apply in March 2011 for HSMP? Will I get my visa?

As there is no limit for applicants living in UK, I think there wil be no stuck in que situation for me.
