Failed Asylum with british Family

Post by aisha12 » Sun Dec 05, 2010 6:04 pm

hi everybody,

Well my situation is that my partner is a failed asylum seeker and we have been together for two years now and we have a child together. We recently submitted the new evidence to his case worker with documents including my passport, our childs passport, that i am in recipient of income support and that we were married in an islamic ceremony which is not recongised by the govt.. I would jst like people's opinion if it is a strong case for my partner to get leave to remain and if anyone is or has gone through the same problem

thanks everyone
