A very simple ILR question

Hello all,

I know this might have been discussed umpteen times on the forum but please bear with me on this.

[b]If I came to UK on 10th February, as per the 28 day rule, what is the earliest I can apply for the ILR?[/b]

Is it 13th January or 14th January or 15th January?
