(TIER 2 Employer Sponsored Visa) COS Refusal

Hi all,

I am on PSW working as a Graduate Programmer my company applied for the initial COS on 21st of Oct on 2nd Nov we got an email saying the Oct panel meeting is moved to 12th Nov and they also change the way of accessing all the applications. On 23rd Nov we got the result they refused our application because my salary is below 32,000 pounds I am working for this company more then six month. I think my company HR department didn't mention that I am working for this company more then six or may be my visa got more then 60 days to expire. I don't know what to shall I ask my company to apply again I don't know please give me some suggestion what to do next?
