Full name as per passport

Post by wen2uk » Wed Dec 08, 2010 10:19 pm

Hi all,
Sorry for asking a silly question. I am filling my ILR application.
I have to fill Name as per passport.
I have a doubt in that. Say my Surname is "XXX" and the Given name is "YYY"
Should I need to fill it as "XXX YYY" or "YYY XXX"?

Thanks in advance

Usually first-name and surname are to be given under two different questions of the form. Are you sure this is not the case for you?

If your passport says XXX YYY, write XXX YYY.
If your passport says YYY XXX, write YYY XXX.

If there are two separate fields: Given Names: YYY; Family Name: XXX.
