Tier 1 (General) Migrant queries - Urgent

Hi,

I am planning to apply for Tier1 from outside UK.
Following are my queries:
1) Previous earnings:
If I am applying in middle of December say 18th Dec 2010
So 15 month period is (19th Sept 2009 to 18th Dec 2010)
Can I claim earnings for the period Sept 2009 to Aug2010?
Since Sept 2009 salary was credited on 28th Sept, will the whole salary be counted?

2) Bank Statements
Fee of my bank statement are in following form:
They have clearly written in English the fields "Withdrawls", "Deposits", "Date", "Description" but in Description fields where we have like name of ATM etc. they are not in english
But there is a summary in the end of each statement which is in english and clearly says Balance in my favour, Charges etc.
Will the statements be valid to submit?

1) The whole salary should be counted. Try looking at it from non-salaried persons' perspective...
